This wine and roses debit card skin is a carved goblet half full, three blush roses, and an old book on dark rumpled velvet. It looks like the table after everyone interesting has left the room.
My debit card used to be the most boring thing I owned. Gray. A bank logo. Something I'd fish out of the bottom of my bag without ever really looking at it.
And I read a truly unreasonable amount of vampire romance. I'm not going to defend it. But every gothic card I could find was all black and skulls, and my version of that genre is velvet and candlelight.
So I made this one. Dark romance, but the pretty kind, and it's the card I actually like handing over at a wine bar.

A few things I always get asked: it peels off clean with no sticky residue, so your card underneath stays fine. The chip and tap read normally through the cutout. And it holds up to real wallet life — swiping, pockets, getting tossed in a bag with keys and three pens.
