We do not accept returns for refunds. Please ensure you have selected the correct size, device model (for phone cases), or design before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges if you change your mind or ordered the wrong size!

  • Timeline: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition.

  • Process: To start an exchange, please contact us at thestickerera@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to receive instead.

Damages and Issues
