🕒 Processing Time
- Physical items (like stickers, bookmarks, and inserts) ship within 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed during shop promotions, launches, or holidays may take an extra day or two — but we’ll always do our best to ship quickly!
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times
United States: 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)
Please note: these are estimates. Once your package is in the hands of the carrier, delivery times are out of our control.
💌 Shipping Methods
We ship via USPS for most orders. Tracking will be provided when available. Small sticker orders may ship as stamped envelope mail (to save you money!) and may not include tracking.
🌍 International Shipping
We do ship internationally!
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees their country may charge.
📬 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. However, if something goes missing or seems stuck, please email us — we’ll do our best to help or file a claim if applicable.
📁 Digital Product
Digital items are available for instant download after purchase. You will not receive a physical item for digital orders.
